Overview

Located just 1.5km away from Burj Khalifa, lies Business Bay which is located at the end of Dubai Creek. Dubai Creek is a waterway that starts in Deira and continues all the way to the sea at Jumeirah Beach.

Business Bay is close to the Dubai Mall, the biggest in the world, and Burj Khalifa and both attractions can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. One Business Bay is a 35 floors skyscraper situated close to the northern entrance to Business Bay. The tower is neighbored by Dubai International Financial Centre and the Emirates Towers.

The Dubai Water Canal will have a large responsibility of alleviating the pressure on Dubai’s roads by moving passengers through the waterways which will also save the passengers’ time. The water buses will stop on both sides at the following stations: Business Bay, Jumeirah, Al Wasl or Sheikh Zayed Road. It is also expected to be a major touristic site.

Business Bay has a unique location which connects it to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. This means that the Dubai International Airport is just 25 minutes away by car and Dubai Marina just 20 minutes away. Business Bay could also be reached by metro. The streets in Business Bay are undergoing renovation works to expand them from 3 lanes into 4 lanes in each direction.
