Al Falah Street is a well-known housing area in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Suitably situated near Al Zaab and Al Manhaz, the busy area is full of exciting spots on every corner, providing the residents with an exciting lifestyle. Running along with the important hubs of Abu Dhabi such as Al Khalidiya and Madinat Zayed, Al Falah Street is a family-friendly neighborhood. The area has made its mark as one of the most sought-after areas in the emirate.
For those who rely on public transport, buses 11, 32 and A1 have routes which include Al Falah Street and Najda Street. Since the neighborhood is partly a busy commercial area, taxis are also easily available here.
There are several supermarkets available here. Residents relish easy access to a wide range of grocery stores within a few miles radius of the community. These include Fathima Supermarket, Al Falah Plaza, Carrefour, Abu Dhabi Co-operative Society, and Istanbul Supermarket, all of which are a short drive away.
There are numerous mosques in the vicinity. The closest mosques to the residential area include Mosque of Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan, Otaiba Mosque, Mosque Ahmad Bin Ali Bin Hamouda, Madinat Zayed Mosque, and Abdullah Rashid Mosque. Located in Mussafah, New Gurdwara Abu Dhabi is 20 minutes away, for Sikh residents. Those in search of Hindu temples will have to visit the places of worship in Dubai for now. As for the residents belonging to Christianity, many churches are established in Al Mushrif such as St. Joseph Cathedral, St. Andrew’s Church, Church of Saint Anthony and Saint George’s Orthodox Cathedral.
There are plentiful hospitals in Al Falah Street which can be found at various intervals including Sheikh Khalifa Medical City which only 3 minutes away from the housing complexes. Furthermore, NMC Specialty Hospital Abu Dhabi, Medeor 24×7 Hospital, LLH Hospital, and Al Raha Hospital can be reached in under 10 minutes.
One benefit of living here is that the tranquil beaches of Abu Dhabi are just 10 minutes away. For a lavish retreat alongside the turquoise ocean water, residents can head to Al Sahil Beach which can be reached in 8 to 10 minutes. This beach is part of Corniche Beach as its singles-only area. Corniche Beach is another option along the coastline but is only open to families. Al Wahda Mall is the nearest shopping center to the residential area. The mall is home to an assortment of upscale international brands, eating options, and relaxation spots. It also has 4000 parking spaces. Positioned on Mubarak Bin Mohammed Street, Khalidiyah Mall is another shopping destination that attracts big crowds. The mall contains a cinema, a bowling alley, and an amusement center which is a big hit among both kids and adults. Al Falah Street makes for a lively family-friendly community offering a selection of facilities. The neighborhood has easy access to the other regions of Abu Dhabi as well as a few notable landmarks of the emirate. However, the housing units in the area offer limited arrangements. While the neighborhood boasts modest apartments, villas are hard to find.
