Ajman Uptown, a gated residential and commercial community offering villas, townhouses, and apartments buildings. It is located along the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), in addition to its proximity to Emirates City to the south. Ajman Uptown is considered the second-best off-plan project. This community is 80% completed, moreover, phase 1 has been completed and delivered. The project will feature a 5-star hotel, health club, supermarkets, 2 mosques, clubs, a fire station, and lavish shopping mall. Ajman Uptown intends to be an eco-friendly community which will make it so special and stunning community. The properties in Ajman Uptown include 2 to 5-bedroom units. The 2-3-bedrooms units are called Erica. Erica is the name of the community as it is a new feature to differentiate between types of units. Moreover, the 4-bedroom villas are of four configurations named as Acacia, Begonia, Camellia, and Dahlia. Plus, the VIP houses which is the name of the lavish and luxurious 5-bedroom villas. There is Kentia, first type, consists of 1-bedroom units, 2-bedroom units and studio flats along with different coverage areas. Moreover, Ludisia and Jatropha are other buildings having larger studio flats, 1 and 2-bedroom units. The prices are affordable compared to the other places in the emirate. The large villas come with dedicated parking spaces. The location of Ajman Uptown is splendid, it is surrounded by significant residential communities such as Hamidiya, Emirates City and Al Raqaib.
Fortunately, The Ajman Uptown intends to have its own transportation system as soon as the project is completed. However, the shuttles will take the residents to the nearby reputable malls such as Deira City Centre and Ajman City Centre. Until then, using private cars are preferable. Taxis are also available. There are multiple parking spots besides a future project of building basement parking for residents.
Supermarkets will be soon built. However, some of the supermarkets are nearby the area at a 12-minute drive such as Ahleam Al Madina and Al Hooth Supermarkets in Al Raqaib, Bahia and Al Jurf.
Regarding the places of worship, there are some nearby mosques such as Masjid Al Rehmah and Khalifa Bakhit Matroushi Mosque. Unfortunately, the churches and temples are at a far distance from the Ajman Uptown at a 50-minute drive. The options are Russian Orthodox Church in the Al Yarmook district of Sharjah. For the Hindu and Sikh residents, there are the Shiva and Krishna Gurudwara temples in Dubai.
Concerning the schools, The Ajman Uptown envisioned to build its own school community, but until then, there are schools nearby the area such as Woodlem Park School which follows the CBSE curriculum and Avalon Heights Private School which follows the British Curriculum. For higher education, the Ajman University is nearby.
There are several hospitals are in proximity to the area, but it is preferable to have private cars as the options are at a far distance. The hospitals include Sheikh Khalifa General Hospital and Ajman Speciality Hospital.
Ajman Uptown plans to build its own stunning mall. However, there are small shopping malls nearby such as Ajman China Mall at a 15-minute drive. Plus, the restaurants and cafes that are close to the area such as Lavender Restaurant, azebo Restaurant and Qaser Al Jirf. About the beaches, there is no beach in the community. However, there is Ajman Beach at 25 km away. Moreover, some parks are nearby such as Al Hamidiya Park and Helio Park. Plus, there are few Gyms and beauty salons nearby Ajman Uptown. As the main goal of Ajman Uptown is to provide residents a healthy lifestyle, it builds large green areas and an eco-friendly system.
